1. Q:Are you a manufacturer, trading company or a third party?
A:We are a professional manufacturer, and we have our own factory in Ningbo City of China.
2. Q:Where is your factory located?
A:Our factory address is : No.206, Hengzhang Village,Shiqi Street, Haishu District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China. PC: 315100
3. Q:How can i get to your factory?
A:Our factory is near Ningbo Lishe int’l airports or Shanghai Pudong Airport, we can pick you up in the airport.
4. Q:What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?
A:Our minimum quantity is 1 set, we can send you the samples by air or int’l express company(Such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS etc), warmly welcome you to come visit our company.
5. Q:Which level of quality are your products?
A:We have got ISO, SGS certificate so far.
6. Q:What is the delivery time of your products?
A:In general, the delivery time of our products up to your requirement about 20 days, customized products will be delivered as the negotiation with our clients.
7. Q:Can the mechanism be customized as our need, such as put on our logo?
A:Surely our mechanism can be customized as your need, Put on your logo is also available.
8. Q:As the shipping period will take long time, how can you make sure the mechanism won’t be broken?
A:Our mechanism is light weight, each one pack to each small box make sure the mechanism can be delivered to our customer smoothly, we will use the pallet with the container if your demand.
9. Q: May i know which payment will be accepted by your company?
A:So far 100%T/T before shipment that 30% deposit paid by T/T, 70% balance paid by T/T, if necessary, paid by L/C at sight available.
10. Q:About the after-sale service, how can you solve the problems occurred of your overseas customer in time?
A:The warranty of our mechanism is normally 12 months, during this period, we will arrange the international express immediately, to make sure the replace parts to be delivered as soon as possible.
